Back to being a sneaky bastard. Good luck finding one of my comments.

GBCW.  Hello China.

I am sitting in the departure area at LAX preparing to get on a plane to Wuhan, China by way of Hong Kong.  It is going to be a long, uncomfortable flight.  I wouldn't have a problem with it except that I am a nasty smoker and now must rely on three pieces of nicorette gum that a friend of mine was willing to lend me.  The 'stop smoking aides' are really much too expensive.

FL-04 We can't give up! Especially when they say we should.

There is a sense in north Florida that Ander Crenshaw(R) has no chance of losing his seat.
Not because he is a great congressman.
He really isn't.
It's not because no one is running against him.
Bob Harms is.
It's not even due to the fact that the DCCC and the DNC and even the local Democratic party have shown very little interest in a Democrat running against Crenshaw.
It's because almost no one has heard of Bob Harms.
We're trying to change that, and we need your help.

FL-04 Bob Harms for Congress

Thu Sep 21, 2006 at 02:12:40 PM PDT

I am, if you check my history, not a big diary writer.  Occasionally, I write a comment if I see something that really grabs my attention.  I do my best to hand out as many 4's and recommends as possible for the good stuff, but sadly do not post often enough to smackdown the occasional troll I come across.

Enough about me...Earlier this week I finally got back into volunteering for the first time since the Dean Campaign after a customer at my job mentioned that there was a Beaches Democratic Club that met once a month, just down the street from my house.  At the meeting, I learned that there was a Democrat running for Congress in my district.  It was the first I'd heard of it, and probably the first many of you are hearing of it.

My first diary. Why not, right?

So I've never written a diary before.  But I saw this on CNN.com this morning, and the insomnia is keeping me up so I figured I'd throw this out.

I don't watch Law & Order.  It's boring to me...sorry if you're a fan.  Tom DeLay definitely isn't anymore.

The controversy centers around Wednesday's episode in which a police officer investigating a murder of a federal judge suggested putting out an all points bulletin for 'somebody in a Tom DeLay T-shirt.'

Delay was pissed.  Shocking.

I can only assume last night's slur was in response to comments I have made in the past about the need for Congress to closely monitor the federal judiciary, as prescribed in our constitutional system of checks and balances.
